What to Report to OSHA
I have had so many people ask for direction and guidance on what and when to report Safety incidences to OSHA. OSHA does have rules and regulations which must be followed otherwise, your company can be fined.
So I have attached a little chart which should help you understand what and when you are to do.
You can start from the left hand/top blue colored box and move on from there when an injury happens at your work. Remember, if you have any questions, I WILL HELP!
