YOU....Mr. Business Owner are the person responsible for making sure the proper Safety Procedures are in place, documented and enforced.
It is sad to say, this particular loss deals with a death on the job. Can you imagine how that impacts morale? Can you imagine how that family will feel concerning their loss at your company. Can you imagine the opening up of possible Civil Lawsuits?
