Sample Return To Work Action Plan
For everyone in California, your business must have a "Return to Work Action Plan" in place to reopen or to continue to remain open. OSHA will be llooking for your specific industry program (office sample HERE) if they come out for an inspection. Remember, it must be in writing, implemented (everyone trained on it with records of tthat training, and that it is monitored through proper disciplinary actions.)
